I moved a folder of files that were being backed to another disk

I moved a folder of files that were being backed up by Retrospect to another disk. The folder contains lower level folders and many GB (about 50 GB) of files. How do I get Retrospect Express 7.5 to backup new or changed files from the new location without duplicating the old files? The files are image files (pictures) so I only keep one backup copy. The Retrospect backup location will be the same place where the backup copy files are currently backed up to.

 

I have not configured Retrospect to backup new and changed files from the new location yet because I want to make sure first that the files will not be duplicated. Is Retrospect smart enough to determine that the old files are duplicates even though they are in a new location? I only have disk space for one backup copy of each file being backed up.
