miki
Hi, Thank you AmyC for the article. It was very helpfull. I have another problem. During the trials of solving the "out of sync" problem, I've created a whole new Backup set. It was running for a while, something like 2.3Gb was done, and then the computr got stucked. The only way to continue was to restart the computer. I did, and I opened the log window to find out what went wrong. There was no report. It said what time I started the last backup, and that's it. No error report or anything indicating of the problem. I tried to run it once more, and it got stucked again. I use Retrospect 4.3 and I backup to DAT tapes. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem? thanks, Miki
AmyJ
While in Retrospect, go to Configure > Devices > Device Status and list Vendor, Product and Version for your drive.
