AntonioC
Ever since I installed my new Maxtor One Touch back up drive with Retrospect Express I have been getting the following message on re-boot: "A Verify error (-1321) was found on volume "Firewire 120 GB". No data was backed up!" I am running the backup from a LaCie HD connected to the same G3 Blue & White Mac (350mHz processor). I back up my network stations data to the LaCie drive using Silverkeeper 1.0.1 and from there I begin using Retrospect Express when Silvekeeper is not operational. I have tried everything I can think of, from reformatting both drives to reinstalling the Retrospect software to no avail. The message continues to appear on re-boot. I think it's hidden on the Preferences somewhere but I'm afraid to delete anything for fear I lose data. When I check what has been backed up some of the data is and some isn't. Any suggestions? Please be kind, I'm new at all this! AMC.
