JackMahon
I am having trouble restoring my system Back to my computer. I have never had this problem before after 2 years of using Retrospect Express. I use an iMac DV-Se with OS 9.22 and a Que Fire CD burner. I normally rename my system folder and after restore, I delete the renamed system folder and restart. I am doing the restore, but when I restart, the system restarts with the old system file, and I cannot delete the renamed file. Is there any way you might give me any advice as to why this is happening. Thank you, Jack Mahon
AmyJ
The snapshot / backup you are restoring from may be incomplete if there were any problems during the initial backup. Do you have another backup set / snapshot you can use for restore? If you are using Retrospect 5.0, you can choose a snapshot from an earlier date. When prompted to choose a snapshot, click the Add Snapshot button to access historical snapshots.
