jasmine568 Posted February 1, 2003 Report Share Posted February 1, 2003 Hi, I am running os9.1 and trying to update retrospect 4.3 to 5.0 -- I get to the registration screen and type in all the info, but the box to accept/send the info is not available.... ? any ideas? AmyJ Posted February 3, 2003 Report Share Posted February 3, 2003 Make sure you are using your new 5.0 license code, and not your 4.3 code. Also, make sure the application and installer specifically note that it is Retrospect Express - not Retrospect.
