StephenL
Greetings all, I just installed and started trying to use Express with my G4 running on 9.0.4 (for the moment). Everything seems to work fine until I execute the backup; then I get the error that the app has quit due to a type 1 error. Being somewhat of a neophyte I have no idea what's going on. Any suggestions? My plan was to backup my system and then upgrade to 9.1 and then 9.2, but wanted everything backed up just in case there were problems. Thanks in advance for any help. AmyJ
Assuming you're using the current version of Retrospect 5.0, the following articles from the Knowledgebase should help: Why would I get type 1 errors with Retrospect 5.0 and not 4.3?-Macintosh System Type 1 errors and old mouse drivers
StephenL
To AmyC, Thanks for the references. I updated my mouse driver and Retrospect worked just fine. StephenL
