kyeoh
Having acquired Norton Systemworks 2.0 Mac, I've tried running the Dantz Retrospect Express 5 within the package (one of the main reasons why I bought it). The Mac OS 9 version of Retrospect asks for my name and serial code on initially starting up. Unfortunately, there is no serial code anywhere in the packaging. My serial code from Norton Systemworks 1.0 Mac, which worked in Retrospect Express 4.3, doesn't work for version 5.0. (Note that the OS X version of this doesn't require a serial code.) Symantec have denied all responsibility, saying I should contact Dantz. Dantz have not answered my emails. Any assistance would be appreciated. I am also contacting my point of purchase for advice, and perhaps a refund. Thank you. Kwan.
