Hello

I bought an Iomega HDD (400Gb) for my Mac laptop. It came with a CD named Retrospect for Mac system version 10.3. I had to upgrade through Dantz webpage as I have Tiger v.10.4.5, but when I tried to run the upgrade it asked for a license code I do not have. It did not came with the package from PCConnection (where I bought the equipment) just the CD on its envelop and no license number. I downloaded the Express 6.1.126 Installer patch

Please some help

Thanks-Dimitri

Hi,

If you have the receipt(copy of the invoice) of your hard drive, you should contact the customer Service of Retrospect to get a code.(I'm not quit sure if they are still doing that but that's how I solved that issue 2 years ago with retrospect 6.0 express)
