Charles218 Posted September 3, 2004 Report Share Posted September 3, 2004 I recently purchased a new G5, and now want to use it as my backup server rather then my powerbook. The powerbook now has all of the catalogs from previous backups, do I just copy them over to the G5, is it that simple or are there other considerations? I will then install client software on the powerbook and back it up from the G5. The G5 is running Panther, the powerbook Jaguar, Retrospect 5.0.2.
