wsquare Posted January 8, 2003 Report Share Posted January 8, 2003 Hello, I downloaded the update 5.0.238 and ran the installer. When I launch Retrospect, it still shows the version number 5.0.205. Does anyone know why the update did not take? I also updated the driver...then rebooted...done this several times...even re-downloaded the update...Thanks! AmyJ Posted January 9, 2003 Report Share Posted January 9, 2003 Try moving the following folder to a safe location: Library/Preferences/Retrospect Uninstall the current application and install the 5.0.238 version.
