maryl Posted October 7, 2002 Report Share Posted October 7, 2002 I have Retrospect 5 on an OS9 server. I have installed the client 5 on OSX computer. I uninstalled all versions first, then logged in at root level. Installed the client. Both in the root level and back as the admin level, the client software won't stay on. If I have someone click "on" while I am at the server, the server will see the computer sometimes. When it sees it and I try to "Log in" or "Add IP" it says there is no client. HELP!!!
