Client not installed

I have Retrospect 5 on an OS9 server. I have installed the client 5 on OSX computer. I uninstalled all versions first, then logged in at root level. Installed the client. Both in the root level and back as the admin level, the client software won't stay on. If I have someone click "on" while I am at the server, the server will see the computer sometimes. When it sees it and I try to "Log in" or "Add IP" it says there is no client. HELP!!!

1. Turn client on.

 

2. Command-click the Off button.

 

3. Run the client installer again.

 

4. Restart and check client status.

 

 

 

 

 

Also, make sure the client has not been moved from the default location:

 

 

 

/Applications/Retrospect Client/Retrospect Client
