dbkarnes
I am attempting to install a Retrospect client on my OS X machine. No luck so far: every time I launch the client installer, it flashes once in the dock, then quits. I get the usual message: "Retrospect Client Installer has unexpectedly quit. Other applications are not affected." I had previously installed the beta client, which had been working until it expired. I've experimented with a "test" user, and the same thing happens. The only thing I can think of that could possibly have some bearing on this issue is that, due to innumerable kernel panics involving Classic applications, I have removed Classic and am running only OS X-native apps. Is the Client Installer looking for Classic?
IrenaS
The client installer is not looking for Classic. Have you tried downloading the installer again to be sure that the file wasn't damaged?
