I am attempting to install a Retrospect client on my OS X machine. No luck so far: every time I launch the client installer, it flashes once in the dock, then quits. I get the usual message: "Retrospect Client Installer has unexpectedly quit. Other applications are not affected."

I had previously installed the beta client, which had been working until it expired.

I've experimented with a "test" user, and the same thing happens.

The only thing I can think of that could possibly have some bearing on this issue is that, due to innumerable kernel panics involving Classic applications, I have removed Classic and am running only OS X-native apps. Is the Client Installer looking for Classic?
