Lester Shulman
I am using Retrospect 5.1.175 on my intel mackbook pro. I backed up the entire contents of the local hard drive. How can I back up this backup file and accompanying catalog (.cat) to different external hard drives and have the files function from those drives? Is it enough to copy both files (backup set data and backup set catalog) into an installed retrospect folder on each drive? Do I need tgo activate the local drive retrospect? Yes. 5.1.x on Mac OS X 10.4.x is a pretty huge gap from what Retrospect was qualified on. But hey, if it's working... dave
