emulator
We are needing to increase the size of one of our Windows 2000 Server system drives (C: drive). Is it possible to use the duplicate to "clone" the smaller drive to the larger drive and have the larger drive be the functional system boot drive to replace the smaller one? Lennart_T
I can't see any reason why not. But since it's always difficult to backup an active system, you might want to shut the system down, connect the two drives to another PC and perform the duplicate there (booting from that PC's normal boot drive). emulator
Just an update on this: it worked just fine. This is a wonderful way to migrate from a smaller drive to a larger drive!
