hrdeutsch Posted August 30, 2007 Report Share Posted August 30, 2007 My Retrospect 7.5 for Windows has suddenly stopped working. I get an error message that "Retrospect cannot start and may need reinstallation. Unable to load UIPROD.DLL, error -630 (bad program extension)." I tried to reinstall from the original CD but it does not get past the splash screen after I hit install. Any idea what this problem is and how to solve it?
