error -43 (file/folder not found)

When doing a duplicate of my system disk retrospect dies with:

 

 

 

Trouble writing files, error -43 (file/folder not found).

 

 

 

I believe it's has issues with the Korean file names in the Applications/iDVD 2 folder.

 

 

 

The knowledge search notes:

 

 

 

*This error can also occur if a particular file or folder has an unrecognized character or certain non- english language font types in a file/folder name.

 

 

 

Is there a workaround? I am running retrospect server 5.0 on Mac OS X 10.1.5.

There is no workaround currently. We are working with Apple in order to resolve this issue.
