AmyJ Posted August 23, 2007 Report Share Posted August 23, 2007 What version of Retrospect? What version of Vista? x86 or x64? Check your Windows Event Logs for VSS (Volume Shadow Service) errors. sabisho Posted August 26, 2007 Author Report Share Posted August 26, 2007 Amy, I'm running the latest verison of Retrospect (7.5.387) with Vista Home Premium x86. I did check the event logs and found VSS errors. I have since tried running it a couple of more times and not had the error pop up. It seems to be hit and miss. I'll try to keep an eye on it and if it happens again, I'll try to check the services to make sure its running. Don't know what else to do at this point. Thanks for the help.
