mcgregorshott
After configuring a new backup set for my HD to an Iomega external hard drive, I received the following message: Can't add that much data to backup set. The limit is 2.0 G. Execution incomplete. The new drive is 160 G and empty. I've had no problems like this in the past using Retrospect backup sets on Iomega drives. Thanks for your help. Lennart_T
The drive is formatted FAT32. The drive needs to be Mac OS Extended. Disk Utility Help: Erasing a disk or volume http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?path=DiskUtility/10.5/en/duh1009.html In step 4, DO choose Mac OS Extended (Journaled).
