Rainer Posted July 19, 2007 Report Share Posted July 19, 2007 Hi, we use: Retrospect Multi Server 7.5.387 -7.5.12.103 Overland Storage ArcVault 24 Autoloader, LTO3, 12 Slots, 1 Drive Windows Storage Server 2003 SP2 The scripts doesnt quit, when the maximum wait time for a missing tape is reached. All other scripts, which uses the same drive, do not start. I read in this forum to delete the config75.dat file in all users ...., but then all skripts and clients are gone as well. Two questions. 1. Is there a way to delete the config75 file without loosing all my configurations? 2. Is there an other way to solve the problem with the missing tape limit?
