PAB-1
On setting up scheduled script to append to a "Single File" backup around 40gb or so, Retro says exiting but it hangs. Drive "Seagate FreeAgent 500gb" has to be abruply unplugged for Retro to go ahead and exit. The created script does not run. Any help appreciated, because have spent many hours and returned a WD My Book thinking it was the problem.
Hofstede
Check if you have the windows system restore monitoring option enabled for the USB drive. If so disable it. System often interferes with Retrospect. Marc
PAB-1
Marc, That was not the problem, drive not enabled and I could not even get it to enable if I wanted to. Thanks for the response though. Paul
