Duplicate operation misses files

Hello,

I'm having trouble getting a complete duplicate with Retrospect Professional 7.0.249 on Windows XP Professional. I discovered this after double checking to see if the duplication actually worked for an important file that I had just updated...the update did not make it to the destination volume.

If I click the Files Chosen button on the Immediate Duplicate window, the file in question has a check mark next to it.

This is happening with other files as well. Some updates make it to the destination. Some don't.

Any ideas what the problem might be?

Thanks,

Roy

As an update to this, the problem does not seem to occur for scheduled duplications. I checked out the destination this morning, and the file in question had been updated by the scheduled job...

Still, don't you think the results should be the same whether job is scheduled or done on demand?
