Disaster Recovery - Retrospect is locked

While doing a disaster recovery of Win XP to a replacement hard drive, I got a message box saying that Retrospect was locked and needed an administrator member with password to unlock. It did not accept the offered password. The recovery is incomplete and it looks like I'll have to start the recovery all over again. How can I avoid that message?

I actually have encountered this recently, while using the Retrospect 7.6 disaster recovery CD to completely restore a Windows SBS 2003 server. I'm preparing to hard boot the server and cross my fingers that the restore won't be compromised by that...

 

Same situation -- just a "Me too" in case this problem surfaces for others.
