Client Hangs

Recommended Posts

I am using Retrospect 5.6 to backup ~30 workstations. Its all working fine except for one client machine.

When Retrospect backs up this one machine it always hangs on the F: drive after successfully backing up C and E.

The only solution is to stop the backup in question and not back that machine up. Checking the client shows that 100% of the CPU is being taken up by the retrospect software.

Can anyone suggest any ideas or troubleshooting tips to get to the bottom of this?

Thanks
