roland465
I am using Retrospect 5.6 to backup ~30 workstations. Its all working fine except for one client machine. When Retrospect backs up this one machine it always hangs on the F: drive after successfully backing up C and E. The only solution is to stop the backup in question and not back that machine up. Checking the client shows that 100% of the CPU is being taken up by the retrospect software. Can anyone suggest any ideas or troubleshooting tips to get to the bottom of this? IrenaS
Try disabling virus software or crash protection on that client. If this fails, run all disk utilities that you have on each drive of the client computer. Irena Solomon Dantz Tech Support
