bocurry
Hello, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a restore I need to accomplish. I'm currently backing up my MS Server 2003 with Exchange via a local version of Retrospect 7 to a removable disk. I have two Logical Raids, one stores the system root, C drive, and the other store the Exchange Data, D Drive. Both are Raid 0, something I inherited. I plan to rebuild the Raid to Raid 1 My logical drive that has the system root, is showing a degraded drive. I need to replace the drive which means rebuilding the Raid and reloading the OS. I'm assuming I need to -reload 2003 -reload Retrospect -rebuild catalogs -then restore system state and the C drive Can anyone offer any insight or advice for such a task? nembot
Hi, If you don't have a disaster recovery CD for your computer, you'd then have to do what you said: -reload 2003 -reload Retrospect -rebuild catalogs -then restore system state and the C drive Thanks.
