howardfarrar Posted October 21, 2006 Report Share Posted October 21, 2006 Hi I am trialling retrospect 7.5.324 on a SBS sp1 machine and have started experiencing the following problem... When try to backup the server it claims it can't find mailbox local disk When try and do a manual backup in advanced mode and check the components it will backup, I look at the exchange mailboxes. There are three labelled "Local Disk" If I select one of them to look at its properties, it crashes with an assertion at "mbpro.cpp-2245" and claims to write information to "assert_log.utx", which I can't find. Can anyone shed some light on what might be happening. Backups of my two WinXP-Pro clients seem to behaving fine. Howard Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
nekr0phage Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 Hi Howard, If mailboxes are appearing with the label 'Local Disk' then you probably don't have Retrospect set to run with the appropriate domain permissions.
