jaguarot
Hi, I'm new to the forum, but I have three customers running Retrospect. The one running 7.5 is working great. I have a problem on the 6.5 and 7.0 that I'm running. (Multi-server 7.0.326, update v. 7.0.6.108 on SBS2003) I'll put the 6.5 error in separate e-mail. I received the following error: Trouble reading files, error -3694 (An incremental backup cannot be performed when circular logging is enabled). I ran the backup for a few weeks without difficulty and am not sure where to look for the circular logging. I didn't find the error number on the forum, so if someone could point me in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Mark P.S. I was searching for the v6.5 error earlier and saw a reference to a list of error codes, but I couldn't find it again.
jaguarot
Found the error codes so ignore that question, however there weren't any references for error -3694. I'm going to try a new tape in the 6.5 installation before I post that question. Thanks, Mark
