trg Posted June 4, 2002 Report Share Posted June 4, 2002 In Windows 2000, when I run the RealOne Player (build 6.0.10.505) and click the ">>" menu (which is present when the window is in "normal" mode), apparently the SCSI bus is reset. If my external SCSI tape drive is on when I click the ">>" menu, I see the drive's lights blink, and the tape rewinds. Furthermore, when I click the ">>" menu while I am running a backup with Retrospect Backup 5.15, the backup is aborted with this error: Device trouble: "3-Backup Set C", error -205 (lost access to storage medium).
