Restart RetroRun by command line

Recommended Posts

My scheduled backup routine occasionally hangs and will not continue until restarted manually. This is a well known problem, and people usually delete the retrorunfile, then launch Retrospect, and things go on OK for a while.

Is there a way to do this restart process entirely from the command line? Often, I need to get things going again remotely, without the opportunity to restart the GUI program. It would be best if this could be done without rebooting the entire system, although that may sometimes be possible.
