bruceroy
Frequently (but not always) Retrospect opens twice and each version follows the same automated script. The second one is unable to complete the backup and produces an error message suggesting there has been a power failure or the like. There are two logs - which is the only way I can find out which one is the duplicate. I have only one version of Retrospect (6.1) and as far as I can see only one of such things as preferences, etc. Using MacOS X 10.4.3. This has occurred on two successive computers - G4 dual processor tower and now iMac G5. Any suggestions? Bruce
CallMeDave
I suggest you provide some more complete information, and also do some searching here on the Forum for othrs who have reported the same sort of thing. So far, whatever is common among the suffers has not been isolated here. And what do you mean by "there are two logs?" Dave
