backy
Hi there. I am aware that Retrospect can use Dropbox as a destination for a backup set. But I'm wondering if it's possible to have a Dropbox folder as a source for backup? For example, a time-lapse camera is set to use Dropbox to save its images. Is there a way to select that Dropbox folder as a backup source? I suspect I could log into the Dropbox account on my local PC, select the folder I want to sync to my local drive, and then backup that local copy to Retrospect. But I would like to know if Retrospect can see the Dropbox folder directly somehow, so I don't even need a local copy of the files? Thanks for any help.
