it4la
i am setting up our Retrospect 6 backup server, and i can't make subvolumes on two remote disks. they are mounted on the desktop and i can see them and do all that i normally do with them using the Finder, but when i try to add a source, and use the Subvolume... feature to add a specific folder, it shows nothing. any ideas? i've got 3 other remote volumes on the desktop that i have subvolumes for and they work fine thanks bob
CallMeDave
This is covered in the Retrospect User Guide. You need to configure Retrospect to mount the remote AFP volumes. When it's set up correctly, Retrospect will be able to see the volume but the Finder will not. Dave
