meld51
Hello All, I have just set up a new backup set with several proactive backups that happen overnight. I also set up a weekly grooming script. I chose the Retrospect grooming policy and therefore expected that a weekly groom would cull the 8th daily backup session each week. Instead, it ran on the first night after a single proactive backup of each source drive. This was not a problem but I noticed that it groomed 340MB from this first session. Why would it do this? Do I misunderstand the grooming function? Secondly, during my long use of Retrospect, I notice that there is not a snapshot for each backup session. Shouldn't there be a snapshot for each session? I have Retrospect 11.5.0.90. Thanks
