x509
I have Retrospect 7.6.latest Professional installed on a Win 7 64 Pro desktop, with two Win 7 64 Pro clients. For one of the clients, I started getting Volume Not Found errors. When I did a check on that client, I discovered that one volume was displayed twice in a fully black font and graphic. At times, I've seen a second volume displayed in light grey, and it's always been the result of replacing the volume or resizing the volume. In this case, how to I force Retrospect to grey out one of the two volumes?
Lennart_T
Go to "Configure"--->"Volumes". Click on the plus to the left of the client to reveal the volumes. Select both (all?) volumes and select "Forget". Optional: Go to "Configure"--->"Clients". Double-click on the client. Click on the third tab (forgot what it is called). Select the volumes you want backup (such as client desktop).
