Loosing RS from Menu bar

Topic nearly says it all. I seem to be loosing the RS icon from the Menu Bar, which prevents the client from doing a backup on demand. Any idea why it would go away? Unselecting it from the System Preferences and reselecting it from there does no good. A reinstall of the client fixes it temporarily, then a day or two later it's gone again.

 

 

Client is Mac OS 10.6.8, w/ RS 10.5.0 (145).

 

 

Workaround? Is there a way to get a backup on demand from the Client in System Preferences?
