It seems not to affect the copying of files, but I was just wondering why this is happening and how I can fix it? + Duplicate using Duplicate C at 15/10/2013 10:39 AM MapError: unknown Windows error -3,050 VssWAddComponentToSnapshot: UGetComponentInfo failed., osErr -3050, error -1001 To volume C on HD-LBU3 (H:)... The job continues on however, and seems to backup the files with no problems ... 15/10/2013 11:10:02 AM: 20 execution errors Completed: 3719 files, 29.6 GB Performance: 1298.6 MB/minute Duration: 00:30:14 (00:00:31 idle/loading/preparing) Using Retrospect 8.5 on a Windows 8 64 Bit system - backing up to a USB connected external hard drive.
