redleader
All my scripts have suddenly stopped backing up, they are reporting: "Waiting for DATA" "DATA" is the Hard Drive we backup onto. It appears that after the last backup by Retrospect the permissions have been changed on this drive or it's relevant folders and Retrospect cannot access/read those folders... I/we have not changed it. Why has Retrospect ? Retrospect 9.latest Mac OS X server 10.7.latest
twickland
Is DATA a local volume on the machine running the Retrospect engine? How is it displayed in the Sources window, including the symbol to the left of the volume name?
redleader
Well, I rebooted the OSX server and all is well now. DATA was a secondary internal HD that came with the OSX Server straight from Apple. DATA is not a system HD and not running the Retrospect Engine software / files. The symbol to the left of the volume name was the normal Green w Tick in it.
