How do i delete all info related to this machine in all but the desired backup? that is - how do i get the data off the disk, snapshots removed, etc? (I'm sure i'm not using the terminology correctly)

(I'm sure i'm not using the terminology correctly) to remove a snapshot from a backup set, choose "Backup Sets" from the main screen, right-click on the one you want to work with, select "Properties", select "Snapshots" tab. highlight the one(s) you want to remove and select "Forget..." button. after confirmation it will remove them. as for removing the files, not sure if you can do that, since they are wrapped into the backup files. maybe grooming backup sets? i've never tried to do this so i'm not sure. (I'm sure i'm not using the terminology correctly) Terminology: It doesn't matter how many scripts the machine is in, it's the number of backup sets that matters. OK, open the "unwanted" backup sets. Go to "Snapshots". Click on one of the unwanted snapshots" och click forget. (In version 7.6, you could only select one snapshot at a time and forget. Then you had to wait for several minutes until you could forget the next one.) Don't forget to groom to regain the "lost" space.
