Mac Client Reports Busy In Proactive Queue

I have a user with a new MAC Air notebook running Snow Leopard as an OS with MAC Client 6.3.029 installed.

The Windows Server is running 7.7.562 and is running all the current patches.

 

When the proactice queue gets to the Mac it reports "busy". Even though nothing else in the group (or on the server) is currently running.

 

I can connect to the client via property tab in the Backup Client Screen so it isn't a connection issue.

 

I have a couple dozen other Mac Clients and they all work correct, I tried doing a search but found nothing. What is going on for this user's computer?
