137491B6E99A8DE1E040000A2A666149 Posted June 7, 2011 Report Share Posted June 7, 2011 Hi, This problem is new for us and unfortunately I cannot find enough information for it. When a proactive backup rins during the day one of the client computer gives this error message when the software closing the backup. I tried to pinpoint the issue and I deleted the client from the client list. Not the backups seem working fine. All clients are Windows 7 32 bits using retrospect client 7.5.116 Server is Windows 2003 using retrospect multiserver 7.7.562 Does any one experienced the same or similar issue? How I can solve it? I did full backups for all computers to be sure we have only one computer which has this issue. I uninstalled the client and installed newer version 7.7 Not it is working fine. Thank for your help. Almost all clients are on version 7.5 and we don't have a problem. Suddenly one of them stopped working. That why I did not think uninstall/reinstall as the first option to solve the issue.
