BrunswickTV3 Posted May 16, 2006 Report Share Posted May 16, 2006 I have Restrspect Express HD and a Maxtor One-Touch II. Somehow a password was set in the software without my knowledge or action. I know that the password can not be recovered. All attempts to recover it have failed, since I have no clue what it might be. Does anyone have a procedure for dealing with this, including reloading software and reformatting the drive. The drive is used only for DB back-up, and I have no problem loosing what is on it.
