Guest Posted October 7, 2005 Report Share Posted October 7, 2005 I am in the process of evaluating Retrospect for a business associate and have run into an odd problem. At times the program can connect to one particular client (testing 2). Most times I either get a -519 or -541 error. I have disabled my firewall, pinged the workstation, logged off the user any various combinations. I cannot find a common thread. The client shows ready, the firewall is turned off, the ping shows connectivity but still I get an error. The other workstation is on the same router/switch combo. Any ideas? natew Posted October 10, 2005 Report Share Posted October 10, 2005 Hi The errors only occur sometimes? I would try using a different network cable as well as trying a different port on the router.
