Bones
I'm currently running Version 7.0 and Windows XP from a single server. When I check the Operations Log for any error messages every client has this error code. How do I stop Retrospect from generating this error code? natew
Hi What version of Retrospect client is running on the machines that give this error? Is Retrospect running as a user with administrator rights? Thanks Nate

natew
Hi Does this error occur if you manually launch Retrospect and run a backup of a client machine? Are you in a domain environment or a workgroup environment? Is the administrator account you specified a domain admin? Thanks nate
Bones
We don't manually launch Retrospect. We do a nightly backup. We are in a domain enviroment! The account is an OU admin domain.
natew
Hi Please try a manual backup and see if the problems continue. This will help us narrow down the cause of the problem. Nate
