Guest
hello, i am new to retrospect and i am wondering if i can also backup a file. As for now, i can only backup an entire drive or subfolder. What i would like to do is backup single files like i would do with burning a cd or dvd. This would have the function of archiving files like on cd or dvd but on the magnetic drive which is much bigger and lasts longer than dvd. I am using retrospect 7.0.265 and a Sony AIT 2 Turbo Store Station backup drive
natew
Hi You can do this by creating a custom selector or clicking on the "save highlights" button in a Retrospect file selection browser window. The Users guide pdf file has more info on creating selectors. Thanks Nate
