dgrumbli Posted August 29, 2005 Report Share Posted August 29, 2005 I am using Retrospect Professional v. 7 and last week one of my backups stopped working. Any time I try to run the backup I get this message: Backup set B is in use by another operation. Wait for it to be available? I am running two backups, alternating between weeks. The first backup set seems to be working fine as do both of the ones I am running on my Laptop. Is there a way to completely erase or repair this problem? Mayoff Posted August 29, 2005 Report Share Posted August 29, 2005 Try forgetting the catalog file from Configure>Backup Sets and then opening that catalog file again. quit and open Retrospect if you have not done so since the error started.
