What do 'Log on to: ' mean ?

I believe that I've a choice of:

- Run Retrospect as the logged-in user OR

- Always run Retrospect as the specified user.

Now, for the 2nd option, it asks me for 'Log on to:'.

What does this mean ?

I don't have SQL nor any remote shares.

I just want to backup my PC even if I'm not logged in.

Should I choose the 2nd option ?

If so, what should I give in the 'Log on to:' textbox ?

Thx.
