seanachie500
I recently rebooted my Windows 2000 Server running Retrospect 6.5 multi-server edition. When I opened the Retrosect Server, I was prompted for my Retrospect Activation code which I hadn't used for over a year (since upgrading from 6.0 over a year ago). After entering the code, I noticed that all my clients, backup sets, scripts etc. were all from over 1 year ago (2002 - 2004). Does anyone have any idea why this would happen or what I can do to "get things current"? Thanks,
RonaldL
It looks like your 6.5 configuration files became corrupt or disappeared and Retrospect imported the settings from a previous version of Retrospect. If you back up the local machine, you may be able to restore c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Retrospect\config65.dat. This is the file that would contain all of your settings, scripts, clients etc..
