How does one disable the startup screen in Retro Pro 6.5?

This is the screen that offers Backup and Restore options.

 

The screen does not display on my system, but I noticed that th escreen is disokayed on my sister's system.

 

I created scripts for her, so she has no need for the screen.

Right Click on the nav-bar on the left side of the screen (where it shows the Dantz Logo). Select "hide overview".
