drdocb
I am using Retrospect Small Business Server Premium v7.0 (1): with Open File Backup and when I go into the license area it shows Exchange and SQL servers but they do not seem to be registered i.e. it says 1 license available and 0 used for each entry. I have asked customer service if I need an additional registration number and have been unable to garner a response. If anyone on this forum has a solution (I am sure it is something simple I am missing), please let me know. Thanks Larry
nembot
Hi, Normaly as you're using retrospect SBS you have the SQL and Exchange agents included in your edition, then you don't need to register them. Thus if you want to activate your SQL or Exchange, go to "Volume", click on the SQL or Exchange volume and agree to use the available licence for it.You'll then have that volume ready for backup. Thanks.
