Carmen
The file "retrorun.exe" runs at Windows Startup. Anyone know what the file does and is it necessary to have it run in the background. I've searched the knowledge base and this forum and found nothing. Mayoff
This file is part of the launcher Service. It allows Retrospect to autolaunch for scheduled backups. You can go to Special>Preferences>Unattended and uncheck "Enable Retrospect Launcher Service" to turn off the autolaunching functionality.
