gargiulo Posted March 7, 2005 Report Share Posted March 7, 2005 Hi all, I just connected an external harddrive to my pc using the firewire connection. At the beginning retrospect worked as expected and large backups went smooth. But some days ago retrospect begun to behave strangely. When I do a normal backup retrospect takes forever (10/15 minutes) before beginning to do the backup (few seconds). What can I check to make sure this is not an hardware problem? I'm running XP sp2.
